HR Manager, Onsite
We're hiring an HR Manager — and this isn't your typical HR desk job.
You won't be buried in a corporate office three states away from the people you support. This role is embedded. Onsite. In the middle of the action — serving as the go-to HR resource for a client organization that depends on you to keep things running right.
You'll own the relationship. Payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance — it all flows through you. You'll be the bridge between our client and Resourcing Edge, translating needs into solutions and turning HR headaches into smooth operations.

What we're looking for:
✔ 5+ years in HR, client services, or account management — you've been in the trenches
✔ Hands-on payroll and benefits experience (not just "familiar with")
✔ The ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
✔ Communication skills that build trust — with employees, with leadership, with everyone in between
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred, but 6+ years of solid experience speaks for itself
✔ PHR certification is a plus
Onsite | 5-10% travel
