Our client, the ACLU of MN, has a new opportunity for an Operations & HR Manager
Power our fight for civil liberties from the inside.
The ACLU of Minnesota needs a tactical wizard to keep our 70-year mission running smoothly. As our Operations & HR Manager, you'll be the backbone of our organization—handling everything from office management to IT infrastructure to human resources.
What You'll Do
- Run the operational show (50+ vendors, two offices, budgets)
- Keep our tech functioning and secure
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle
- Support our union partnership
- Make our workplace fair, inclusive, and efficient

Requirements
- HR, IT, or related certification/training
- Operations, HR, and IT support experience (nonprofit preferred)
- PEO and collective bargaining experience a plus
- Microsoft Office and IT systems proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Local travel for meetings and purchases
The Details
- Salary: $70,000-$75,000
- Benefits: Medical/dental, 401(k), vacation, 16 paid holidays, sick leave
- Location: Minneapolis (unionized position)
